The Power of Text Message Marketing

Studies show that people watching adverts tend to respond more positively to shorter ones. It is believed that an advert of 30 seconds in length can be cut in half yet lose no persuasiveness.

Japanese ad giants Dentsu yesterday closed the deal to buy UK media firm Aegis for a massive £3.2 billion in an attempt to broaden themselves into more diverse economies.

Digg, a company once valued at up to $175m, were bought out yesterday for just $500,000 after turning down a $200m offer from Google just four years ago. Digg was previously praised as the website who started mainstream social networking and sharing.
